RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Lionheart, we want you to love your purchase! If you need to exchange an item, please carefully review our policy below.
- We do not offer refunds. Exchanges or store credit may be granted for eligible items purchased through LionheartJewelry.com or in our showroom.
- You must notify us of any exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All exchanges must be approved prior to sending items back.
- Custom pieces, engraved items, custom lengths, sale or discounted items, Gift-Cards, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at their expense).
- Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies before buying.
To protect our jewelry and ensure the safety of your return package, we will provide a pre-paid return label for U.S. orders, ensuring proper insurance for the package’s value.
All items sent for exchange will be inspected upon receipt. Only items that meet the requirements outlined in our policy will be accepted.
Approved exchanges will be processed as either an item exchange or store credit, excluding original and return shipping fees.
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made at LionheartJewelry.com or in our showroom.
Lionheart reserves the right to refuse any exchange or alteration for items that do not meet these criteria.
Exchange Process for All US Orders:
Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Lionheart box and pouch.
Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
Drop off the package to UPS.
Initiate a Return or Exchange.
For International Orders, customer is responsible for shipping label.
Shipping must be fully insured with signature and tracking.
