We, at Lionheart, want you to love your purchase. For any reason you want to return or exchange an item, please refer to the policy below.

We must be notified of any Returns/Exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

All Returns /Exchanges require approval.

Approved exchanges or returns are accepted for items purchased on or in our showroom only.

We do not refund for the cost of shipping unless we have sent an item in error.

All engraved pieces, custom pieces, custom lengths, sale items, discounted items, made to order items, are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at sender’s expense).

Gift Card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded.

To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value.

Items for exchange or return, will be inspected before accepted.

Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees.

This policy only applies to purchases made at or in our showroom.

Lionheart reserves the right to refuse an exchange/alteration of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Exchange/Return Process for All US Orders:

Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Lionheart box and pouch.

Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
Drop off the package to UPS.

Initiate a Return or Exchange.

For International Orders, customer is responsible for shipping label.
Shipping must be fully insured with signature and tracking.
