At Lionheart, we strive to ensure every purchase is a treasured experience. If for any reason you need to request an exchange, refund, or repair, please review our policy below carefully.
Exchange & Store Credit Window

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Requests must be submitted through our return system within this timeframe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only for eligible items that meet the following criteria:

Only ready-to-ship items are eligible for a refund. These items are listed under our In stock tab.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges or store credit are available for eligible items purchased directly from Lionheartjewelry.com or our NYC showroom.

You must notify us of your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.

To begin, click the Initiate an Exchange or Repair button and complete the request form. Our team will respond with next steps.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange:

Custom-made pieces

Engraved jewelry

Custom lengths

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
Additional exclusions:

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including resizing) are not eligible and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

For purchases made through third-party retailers that carry Lionheart products, please contact the retailer directly. We are unable to process exchanges or repairs for third-party purchases.
Exchange Process

A one-time prepaid return label will be issued for approved exchanges.

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your store credit unless the item arrived damaged, in which case Lionheart will cover return shipping.

All return shipments are fully insured and include tracking.

Lionheart is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
How to Return an Item for Exchange

Repack the item securely in the original Lionheart box and pouch.

Apply the provided prepaid return label to the package.

Ship the item using the method outlined in your confirmation email.
Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

Once approved, you may select a replacement item or receive store credit.

The cost of the return label and any original shipping fees (if applicable) will be deducted from your credit.

Items that do not meet our criteria will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Jewelry Repairs

Complimentary repairs are available for manufacturing defects within one year of purchase.

Repairs outside the warranty period may be completed for a small service charge.
This policy applies only to purchases made through our website or showroom.
Lionheart reserves the right to deny exchanges or returns that do not meet the criteria outlined above.
